摘要
在传统人性假设理论基础之上提出了“自适应契约人”的概念,以“自适应契约人”的人性假设为基础研究了企业竞争的本质问题。认为企业的生存竞争的本质有两点,一是企业保持内环境的稳定;二是企业自适应于不确定竞争环境。
This paper puts forward the concept of "self-adaptive contract man" based on traditional theory of human hypothesis,and studies the nature of enterprise competition based on the hypothesis of self-adaptive contract man. We believe that the nature of enterprise competition include two facts:enterprises should keep stability and adaptability to environment.
