摘要
以浙江省中心城市市区经济为研究对象,构建浙江省城区竞争力综合评价指标体系,从综合经济实力、资金实力、开放程度、人才及科技水平、基础设施等5个方面共14项指标,运用主成分分析原理和方法,采用SPSS统计软件对2004年度数据进行统计分析,得出浙江省城区竞争力综合评价函数,并对浙江省中心城区竞争力进行了综合评价与分析。
Based on the economy of major cities of Zhejiang Province,a city＇s index system on a quantitative evaluation of the competitive power is developed. This paper selects 14 indicators covering economic,science and technology ,talent,openness, environment and infrastructure, and meanwhile uses synthesized competitiveness evaluation primitive quotas and SPSS statistic software to analyze 14 indicators. We analyses competitive capacities of all cities and classifies them into 4 types. Finally,several proposals in raising urban competitive capacities in Zhejiang Province have been put forward.
