Thinking of independent innovation for China's technology park enterprise clusters

通过分析自主创新的内涵,探讨我国高新区企业自主创新存在的障碍性因素,提出我国高新区自主创新的对策,即高新区应努力增强自主创新意识,设立研究开发机构和推进科技创新的专门组织,深化体制改革,完善知识产权管理和服务体系,建立创新机制,营造创新环境,增强创新能力。

Countermeasures of independent innovation of technology park enterprise clusters are proposed by analyzing the connotation of independent innovation and the obstacle factor of independent innovation in China＇s technology park enterprise clusters in this paper. Technology park enterprise clusters should make efforts to strengthen the consciousness of independent innovation,set up research and development organization and advance the special organization of scientific and technical innovation, deepen the system reform,perfect management of intellectual property and service system,set up innovative mechanism,and build the innovative environment,and strengthen innovation ability.
