摘要
制造业是我国经济的主要支柱产业,但是,目前制造企业在高技能人才的储备、培训、激励以及保留方面存在诸多问题,制约了先进制造业基地的建设和发展,为此,应该抛开传统狭隘的管理方式,建立人本管理理念,并且致力于高技能人才管理的开拓创新,通过更新选才标准、加强培训管理、优化激励机制、创设留才环境等措施,提升管理效能,推进制造业高技能人才管理的国际化进程。
Manufacturing is one of the primary supporting industries in Chinese economy,but there are many problems reserving,training,stimulating and keeping advanced talents in manufacturing industry. These problems limit the construction and development of manufacturing bases. Therefore,abandoning traditional management mode and establishing humanized measures should be in urgent need for those enterprises. This paper proposes that entrepreneurs should commit themselves to measures such as exploiting and innovating criteria of talents selection, strengthening training,optimizing stimulation mechanism and creating environments to achieve high efficiency and promote internationalization progress of advanced talents in manufacturing enterprises.
