Learning-oriented society,continual education and their development approach

在分析学习型社会与成人教育基本特征的基础上,指出成人教育只有适应学习型社会的要求,才能合理定位其功能,实现培养目标与模式创新,走内涵式发展道路。学习型社会中成人教育要与社区、企业、农村、网络整合,构建适应社会需求的终身教育体系。

On the analysis of some basic features of learning-oriented society and continual education,this paper points out that only continual education adapts to learning-oriented society can it defin its function reasonably and realize its training goal and pattern innovation and develop its connotation course. Continual education in learning-oriented society should be combined with community,enterprise,countryside and network to establish life-long educational system to meet the demand of society.
