基于核心能力的企业并购是近年来学术界讨论的热点课题之一,然而基本上都属于实证总结或理论演绎,对指导核心能力导向企业并购的实践操作尚显不足,试图从实践操作的角度建立起一个核心能力导向的并购行为分析框架。以期对企业并购实践有所裨益。

The M＆A oriented by core competence is becoming a hotspot topic among the academic circles in the recent years, whereas almost study upon M＆A oriented by core competence is only demonstrative conclusion or theoretial deduction, then it is not effective to direct the practical operation of M＆A oriented by core competence. In this paper, from the point of practical operation, an analytical frame of M＆A oriented by core competence is built, anticipating doing well to the practical operation of M＆A.
