摘要 目的探讨高频超声引导Mammotome乳腺活检系统微创治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床应用价值.方法对46例52个经临床及彩超诊断的乳腺良性肿块行高频超声引导下旋切治疗,对引导情况及治疗效果进行评价.结果高频超声引导成功率及显示率均为100%;34例共40个0.5 cm≤直径≤2.5 cm的肿块,完全切除32例共38个肿块(95.0%),8例共8个2.5 cm<直径≤3.0 cm的肿块,完全切除5例共5个肿块(62.5%),4例共4个直径>3.0 cm的肿块,肿块完全切除0例.结论高频超声引导Mammotome乳腺活检系统微创治疗乳腺良性肿块创伤小、疗效好,尤其适用于治疗直径0.5~2.5 cm的乳腺良性肿块. Objective To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive treatment of benign breast mass using high frequency ultrasound guided mammotome biopsy system. Methods Fifty-two benign breast masses in 46 patients were performed by high frequency ultrasound guided mammotome biopsy system. The results of high frequency ultrasound guidance and treatment were evaluated. Results The needle position in 52 lesions of 46 patients was all visualized (100%). Masses were completely removed in 38 of 40 lesions with size from 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm (95.0%) and in 5 of 8 lesions with size from 2.5 cm to 3.0 cm (62.5 %). No one of lesions which was bigger than 3.0 cm was completely removed. Conclusion For benign breast mass, high frequency ultrasound guided mammotome biopsy system was high therapeutic effect, significantly minimal invasion and especially suitable for benign breast 0.5-2.5 cm in size.
