摘要 目的:探讨猴局部脑缺血前后神经行为与造模的关系。方法:使用与人类最为相似的非人类灵长动物猴为脑缺血动物模型研究的实验对象,采用自体血栓性大脑中动脉栓塞,为脑缺血的相关研究,提供一个最类似人类,以及最接近临床的珍贵的动物模型。结果:观察研究猴局部脑缺血前后所表现出来的神经行为,可反映出介入法导入自体血栓复制大脑中动脉栓塞性局部脑缺血食蟹猴动物模型是否获得成功。结论:猴神经行为学的变化与猴脑缺血程度有极密切的关系。 Objective: To explore the relationship between nerve behavior and cerebral ischemia in the model of monkey. Methods: Using autoblood to make arterial embolism which was put into the middle cerebral artery of the monkey. By this way, we offered the most humanlike and contiquity the clinical rare animal model for the correlate study of cerebral ischemia. Results: In the experiment, by observing the nerve behavior of the monkey which had celebral ischemia, could reflect the model, which using intervention to introduct the autoblood embolism into the middle cerebral artery of the monkey, success or not. Conclusion: The close relationship between the nerve behavior and cerebral ischemia of monkey is found.
