蛇毒降纤酶对兔眼外伤性PVR层粘连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原的影响

摘要 目的:探讨蛇毒降纤酶对外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)玻璃体腔中的层粘连蛋白(lam in in,LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳco llagen,ⅣC)的影响。方法:对20只兔子采用兔眼后节穿通伤加注血法或/和加蛇毒降纤酶制备实验模型,随机分成正常对照组(20眼),全血组(10眼),蛇毒降纤酶组(10眼)。利用免疫组化SP法观察实验各组,检测PVR玻璃体腔增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的含量。结果:蛇毒降纤酶组增殖膜中LN、ⅣC阳性面积比值分别为0.5931±0.15786,0.5354±0.19216;全血组LN、ⅣC阳性面积比值分别为3.8271±1.3537,1.4288±0.66307。蛇毒降纤酶组增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的阳性表达均低于全血组(P<0.01)。结论:蛇毒降纤酶能够降低PVR增殖膜中LN、ⅣC的阳性表达,抑制PVR的发生、发展。 Objective: To study the effect of defibrase on laminin and Ⅳ collagen in experimental traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy. Methods: Twenty experimental models were induced by posterior penetrating eye injury and vitreous infusing blood or/and defibrase in the rabbit. These rabbits were divided into three groups randomly: normal control group (twenty eyes), full blood group (ten eyes), and defibrase group (ten eyes). The positive expression of LN, Ⅳ C in the proliferative membranes were examined by the immunohistochemical SP. Results: Compared with the full blood group, the positive expression of LN, Ⅳ C in the proliferative membranes were decreased in the defibrase group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Defibrase can decrease the positive expression of LN, Ⅳ C in the proliferative membranes, inhibit the development of PVR.
