摘要
N otch信号是一个进化过程中高度保守的信号途径,在脊髓动物和无脊髓动物中均存在,它通过与邻近细胞间的相互作用来精确调节各谱系细胞和组织的分化。近年来的研究发现N otch与胚胎发育、肿瘤发生、神经退行性病变以及免疫系统功能调控等生理病理过程密切相关。在免疫系统中最具特征的功能在于它是T细胞由多能干细胞向T细胞定型过程中的必需因子。最近的发现表明N otch信号还与胚胎造血干细胞以及脾边缘区B细胞的分化方向(命运决定)有关。此外,N otch还能影响成熟造血干细胞平衡调节以及在淋巴细胞的成熟过程中起作用,但N otch信号与这些活动的生物学相关性及影响范围还需要进一步阐明。
Notch signaling is a high conservative signal pathway in the evolutionary process and regulate the differentiation of several lineages and tissues exactly by interaction of neighbourhood ceils. Researches in the past few years found that Notch correlate with the physiology and pathology process of embryo development, tumorgenesis, nerves degenerative disease and function regulation of immunologic system. The characteristic function of Notch in immunologic system is that it is the necessary factor for T lymphocyte commitment from multipotent stem cell to T lymphocyte. Recent findings suggest that Notch singaling has a concern in the differentiation with haemopoietic stem cell and B lymphocyte in marginal zone of spleen. In addition, Notch may influence mature haemopoietic stem cell balance adjust and play a part in muturation process of lymphocyte. But the biology associativity and the impact range for Notch signaling and such activities are needed interpret further.
