摘要雌激素受体亚型ERβ可能与ERα共同参与和调节乳腺癌的发生与发展,并影响其激素治疗的敏感性和预后。对ERβ的研究将为乳腺癌预后推测,指导临床更精确更有效个体化内分泌治疗提供可能。 Estogen receptor beta, with estogen receptor alpha may partificate and regulate the occurence and development of breast cancer. It may affect the sensitivity and progrosis of hormon therapy. Research of estogen receptor beta may provide the effective individual hormon therapy and the accurate clinical guide for the breast cancer treatment.
