概述不同种类环糊精的结构和理化性质及对药物的包合作用,讨论主客分子的理化性质对包合作用的影响以及包合物的形成对药物性能的影响,为在药物制剂中合理选择、科学使用环糊精包合材料提供依据。
The structures and physicochemical properties of different kinds of cyclodextrin and their inclusion for drugs were summarized. The influence of physicochemical properties of host and guest molecules on inclusion and the effect of inclusion on drug＇ s properties were discussed. These researches are helpful to rational application of cyclodextrin as excipient in pharrnaceutics.
