摘要 目的:建立黑素瘤动物模型,用于抗黑素瘤药物的疗效评价。方法:分别通过皮下、静脉和腹腔注射方式,将B16F10黑素瘤细胞接种于小鼠体内,建立3种黑素瘤及其肺转移小鼠模型,并以达卡巴嗪作为试药,考察其对这3种模型小鼠的作用。结果:成功建立了小鼠皮下、肺转移及腹腔黑素瘤模型。达卡巴嗪对3种模型均有明显的治疗作用。结论:这3种黑素瘤动物模型可综合用于新药的临床前评价。 Objective: To establish melanoma animal models for the evaluation of efficacy of anti-melanoma drugs. Methods: B16F10 melanoma cells were inoculated, sc, iv and ip respectively into mice to establish 3 melanoma and lung metastasis models. Effect of DTIC, an anti-melanoma drug, on the 3 animal models was investigated. Results: The subcutaneous, lung metastatic and abdominal melanoma mouse models were well established. The significant therapeutic effects of DITC on the 3 animal models were shown. Conclusion: The 3 animal models can be comprehensively used to evaluate the efficacy of new drugs.
