6株土壤链霉菌的抑真菌活性及其发酵液对采后香蕉果实炭疽病的防效 被引量:10

Antifungal Activity of Six Soil Streptomyces Strains and Their Control Effects Against Banana Postharvest Anthracnose

摘要 测定了从海南土壤中分离获得的6株链霉菌(Streptomycessp.)LA5、BM9、BM10、BM11、BM19和BW的抑真菌活性及其发酵液对采后香蕉果实炭疽病的防效。香蕉果实接种香蕉炭疽病菌[Colletotrichummusae(BerkeleyetCurtis)vonArx]0h(指接种后立即浸果处理)和24h后,用6菌株的无菌发酵液浸果。结果表明,这6株放线菌活菌及其无菌发酵液对香蕉炭疽病菌均有较强的抑制作用;接种0h后蘸果处理中,LA5菌株的防效最好,达80.0%,与50%多菌灵800倍液的防效相当;接种24h后蘸果处理中以BW菌株防效最好,达75.0%,显著高于50%多菌灵500倍液的防效(64.6%)。 Streptomyces strains LA5, BM9, BM11, BM10, BM19 and BW were isolated from the soil in Hainan Island and tested were their control effects against banana anthracnose in vitro and in vivo. Petri plate assay (PDA) revealed that all six strains and their filtrate fermentation liquids had strong inhibiting activity against Colletotrichum musae (Berkeley et Curtis) yon Arx. In vivo evaluation of these strains showed significant control effects against banana post-harvest anthracnose when banana fruits were dipped with the filtrate fermentation liquids after inoculated with C. musae at 0 hr (inoculated at the same time) and at 24 hr, respectively (P〈 0.01). Among the strains, strain LA5 gave the best control effect (80.0 %) that was equally as effective as carbendazin (625 mg/L) in the 0 hr treatment; Strain BW gave the best control effect (75%) that was significantly better than carbendazin (1000 mg/L; 64.6%) in the 24 hr treatment.
