摘要
综述了植物病原毒素的种类、致病机理;阐述了真菌毒素的危害性及防治措施;介绍了植物病原真菌毒素对果蔬的致病性和对人和动物的毒性,并提出了生物防治的思路。
The category, toxic mechanism and applied study of phytopathogenic cotoxin were reviewed. The harmfulness and' the control measures for phytopathogenic mycotoxin were elucidated. The pathogenicity and toxicity of phytopathogenic mycotoxin to post-harvest fruits and vegetables as well as human beings and animals were described and an idea for its biological control was hence put forward.
