摘要
分析传感器动态特性的特点,提出研究传感器动态特性的方法,导出了传感器动态特性的函数表达式,通过演算,得出影响动态特性的具体因素,从而提出改善影响动态特性的方法。
This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of sensors,proposes method to study the dynamic characteristics and educes the function expression of it.Through calculation,it elicits the specific factors affecting the dynamic characteristics and ehcits the method to improve it.
