摘要
对比了原50 kt/a LPG分馏塔采用的浮阀塔板与大通量新型高效塔板——立体传质塔板(CTST)的处理能力。说明了应用新塔板技术,仅将原液化气分馏塔的浮阀塔板更换为立体传质塔板(CTST),原塔外壳、塔板层数塔及内固定件不变,处理能力提高60%以上,经济效益显著。
The float tray of the 50kt/a LPG gas splitter was replaced with the combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST), and the column diameter, tray number and internals remained unchanged. The capacity was increased by 60%.
