丰田生产方式及其新发展在我国农机企业的应用

Application of TPS and its New Development in Chinese Agricultural Machine Enterprise

历经半个多世纪的岁月流转,丰田生产方式作为杰出、高效的经营管理典范,早已风靡世界。在经济全球化的今天,我国农机企业再依靠扩大生产规模和提高产品价格的传统模式肯定是行不通的。因此,我国农机企业重新认识并充分借鉴丰田生产方式(TPS)这种先进的现代管理模式具有特别重要的意义。本文在介绍了TPS的基本理论及其新发展的基础上,提出了我国农机企业在推行TPS活动中存在的主要问题,并加以分析,提出相关对策及建议,最后举出了TPS在我国农机企业的应用实例。

As the outstanding and efficient quintessence of management, TPS has been holding prestigious in the world from more than half one century ago. Because of the economy globalization, Chinese agricultural machine enterprise certainly can＇t rely on traditional enlargement of throughput and enhancement of price again, so it is especially important for Chinese agricultural machine enterprise to reattempt and make full use of TPS, which is one of advanced modern patterns of management. Based on the introduction of the elementary theories of TPS and its new development, this paper brings forward the main problems in the application of TPS and its new development in Chinese agricultural machine enterprise and takes into some analyses, so the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Lastly, an example of the application is put up.
