X120级高强度管线钢的发展为天然气生产商提供了将长距离输气管线总造价降低5%-15%的机会,进而可降低向市场输送天然气的价格。成本降低来源于多个方面,包括材料、施工、(气体)压缩以及与综合设计方案结合所带来的节约。介绍了X120钢级发展方案的概况,包括大规模的试验和环缝焊接,同时讨论了X120级管线钢实际应用的方案,在这些方案中管道承压较高,管径较小,最终工程总造价可节约5%-15%。
The development of grade X120 pipeline steel with high strength creates a chance for gas producer to reducing the overall cost of long distance gas transmission pipeline to 5%~15% and further can reduce the price of market transmission nature gas.The reduced originates from many aspects including material,construction,gas compressor as well as the saving brought by composite design project etc.This article gives summary of development plan of grade X120 including large-scale testing and girth welding,it also discusses practical application scheme of grade X120 pipeline steel,in which the pressure of pipeline is higher and the pipe diameter is smaller and the overall cost of project can reduce 5%~15%.
