摘要
分析了钢管水压试验机充水阀的结构形式与密封失效的关系,提出拆除充水阀阀芯和控制油缸,使充水阀成为一简单三通,并在低压水入口端加装一只旋启式止回阀,在止回阀与充水阀之间用法兰连接成承压管道,可很好地解决充水阀密封失效问题。
It analyses the relation between structure of hydrostatic tester and failure of airproof,and it also proposes settling method for preventing from failure of water valve such as water valve is changed into change valve by removing valve core and cylinder,fitting blind plate on the top of water valve,installing rotary check valve at the entrance of low pressure,as well as check valve and water valve are connected with flange and become pipeline for bearing pressure.
