摘要 通过对管线钢管腐蚀坑堆焊工艺试验,采用测量焊缝金相细晶区位置到试样背面的距离和硬度值,来预测是否有烧穿和氢致裂纹产生,从而选择合理的管道腐蚀坑堆焊工艺参数,并对管道腐蚀坑焊接补板的焊缝距离提出了技术要求。结果表明,采用直径为3.2mm的低氢焊条,在105A的焊接电流下,可以直接补焊的点腐蚀坑剩余壁厚为4.4mm;采用补板焊接时,焊缝间距应大于100mm。研究结果为在役管线腐蚀坑焊接维护提供了依据。 Through the corrosion dent pile weld test on line pipe,hardness and distance from weld fine crystal position to sample back is applied to predict HIC and arc burn.Based on the test result,reasonable process procedure occurred and the technical requirement for weld distance proposed.It is shown that residual thickness of corrosion dent directly repaired by low-hydrogen electrode of 3.2 mm diameter is 4.4 mm under the welding current of 105 A,and when the flat applied,weld distance shall greater than 100 mm.Above results provide foundation for welding of pipeline corrosion dent in service.
