摘要
本文在对六轴机车滚动试验台功能、计算机监控系统结构和基于现场总线的计算机监控系统各子系统的构成、相关的硬软件结构进行详细分析介绍的基础上,对系统信号的分类、流程和相应的通讯总线的形式进行了详细的分析和描述,同时给出了系统软件的主要设计思路和部分框图,并对软件中的关键技术和抗干扰措施进行了分析、介绍。试验表明:本文所设计的方案和采用的硬、软件技术是合理和有效的,完全满足六轴机车滚动试验台整车试验的要求。
This paper mainly presented function and architecture of monitored control system of the six axes locomotive test rig.It also introduced the hardware/software architecture of the computer system based on the field-bus.The main measuring method and key technique in software was discussed in detail.Test results show the method and softare technology used in this paper are effective and reasonable.
