摘要
通过分析特大型拉刀的变形特点,提出了新的适合特大型拉刀的热处理工艺;采用该工艺既可防止拉刀的变形和开裂,又可确保拉刀具有高的硬度、良好的耐磨性和使用寿命。
According to analyzing the deformation characteristics of the super-large broach, the new heat treatment technique applied for super-large broach is put forward. Application of this new technique can effectively prevent the large broaches from deforming and cracking, and ensure the large broaches to obtain the high hardness, good resistance and long lifetime.
