摘要
介绍了纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的生产现状和几种主要制备方法,通过对几种制备方法的比较,提出了以硫酸法TiO2生产的中间产物硫酸氧钛(TiOSO4)或偏钛酸(H2TiO3)为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiO2的工艺路线。研究了相关的工艺过程及反应条件、水解产物的洗涤和金红石型纳米TiO2的煅烧,对存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行了讨论。
