声带息肉摘除术后半导体激光的辅助疗效分析

The Value of a Assistance Treatment with Semi-conductor Laser on Polyp of Vocal Cord Following Operation

【目的】评价声带息肉摘除术后半导体激光的辅助治疗效果。【方法】选取本院门诊声带息肉患者147例,随机分为两组:实验组73例,在纤维喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术后,再结合半导体激光治疗1周。对照组74例,只在纤维喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术。手术后随访3月,比较和分析两组疗效。【结果】实验组的治愈率为68.5%,总有效率为93.2%;对照组的治愈率为51.4%,总有效率为83.8%.经统计学分析,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】半导体激光对声带息肉术后的辅助治疗疗效确切。能明显提高治愈率,具有简单易行、安全、无损伤、无痛苦、无副作用等特点,是治疗声带息肉的一种理想的辅助治疗方法。

[Objective]To observe and evaluate the curative effect of a assistance treatment with semi-conductor laser on polyp of vocal cord following operation. [Methods]This study included 147 patients with polyp of vocal cord , they were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 74 cases in the control group treated only by surgery ,and 73 cases in the experiment group treated by the same surgery combined with semi-conductor laser. All the cases were followed up to the end of the third months after operation. The therapeutic effects of this assistance treatment were analyzed and compared with each other. [Results]The curative rates of the two groups were 68.5 % and 51.4 %, and the total effective rates were 93.2 % and 83.8%. there was significant difference （P 〈0.01） between two groups. [Conclusion]The curative effect of the assistance treatment with semi-conductor laser on polyp of vocal cord following operation is accurate. It is simple and safe, and has good curative effect.
