高压氧综合治疗脑梗死160例临床疗效分析

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Synthetic Treatment of 160 Cases of Cerebral Infarction

【目的】探讨高压氧(HBO)综合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。【方法】比较高压氧组(内科常规治疗+高压氧治疗)与对照组(内科常规治疗)的疗效。【结果】HBO组有效率98.7%。对照组总有效率86.0%。HBO组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分(NDS)较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。【结论】HBO综合药物,康复,针刺治疗可提高疗效。

[Objective]To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） synthetic treatment of cerebral infarction. [Methods]Two hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： Control group treated with neural internal drugs, rehabilitation and acupuncture. HBO group： not only treated as control group, but also with HBO treatment. [Results]The effective rate of HBO group was 98. 70% and that of control group was 86.0%. NDS was significantly lower in HBO group and there was significant statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05）between 2 groups. [Conclusion]liBO treatment can increase the effectiveness in patients with cerebral infarction.
