摘要
提出了由集成块6个表面的描述矩阵组成的信息化模型和参数化模型的概念,基于集成块的几何特点导出了孔道通断检验计算条件.详细分析了集成块孔道和集成块表面的信息化模型及其变换方法.所建立的信息化与参数化模型不仅为集成块的优化设计和计算机辅助绘图提供了方便,也为实现集成块的数字化制造和信息化管理奠定了基础.
The paper proposes conception of information models and parameterization models which are composed of characterization matrixes of 6-surfaces of manifold block of hydraulic systems, derives checking and calculating conditions of holes opening or breaking on the basis of geometric features of manifold blocks. Hole information models and surface information models of manifold blocks of hydraulic systems and transformation methods of the models are analyzed in detail. The parameterization models of Integrated blocks not only provide the convenience for the optimization design and the computer-aided drawing, but also have laid the foundation for the realization of digital manufacture and the information management of Manifold blocks.
