摘要
采用武汉市湖泊淤泥做主要原料,掺入劣质湿排粉煤灰及其他工业废弃物,进行了绿色高强淤泥陶粒的制备和研究,根据Reily等人提出的生产陶粒原料成分波动范围及原料中硅、铝氧化物与其他氧化物的比值区间进行了配料,挤压成型后进行了预烧以及焙烧等试验.结果表明,淤泥陶粒较合理的焙烧温度为1050℃±50℃、焙烧时间为20~25min;淤泥陶粒的堆积密度和强度随焙烧时间减小而下降;原料中掺入粉煤灰可显著提高陶粒产品的筒压强度,降低其吸水率,但应适当提高焙烧温度并延长焙烧时间.
A pilot study was carried out to manufacture green high performance lightweight aggregate from lake sludge mainly, Ⅲ class fly ash and other industrial wastes. According to the theory of Reily, the optimal proportion of raw materials was chosen and the sintering experiment was conducted. The results show that ideal sintering temperature span of the sludge lightweight aggregate ranks from 1 000 ℃ to 1 100 ℃ ; the sintering time expected to be 20- 25 min, respectively; and the addition of fly ash can promote both the strength and other performance of lightweight aggregate, together it heightens the sintering temperature and prolongs the sintering time accordingly.
