铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性及β-内酰胺酶基因的研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解铜绿假单胞菌耐药性及β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)耐药基因的存在类型。方法用API鉴定系统鉴定细菌,K—B法做药敏试验,从175株铜绿假单胞菌中筛选出20株多重耐药且产ESBLs的菌株,用PCR检测ESBL基因。结果175株铜绿假单胞菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率为18.9%,而对其余10种抗生素耐药率为30.3%~88.6%;20株多重耐药的菌株中,CARB基因阳性3株(15%),20株0prD2基因均缺失(100%),其余基因阴性。结论临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对11种常用抗生素耐药率高,可能与OprD2基因缺失有关。CARB基因国内罕见报道。
