头孢西丁琼脂试验检测高产AmpC酶 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立一种灵敏、简便的高产AmpC酶检测方法。方法采用含头孢西丁(6.5μmol/L)的M-H琼脂检测粗酶液中AmpC酶,以稀释的粗酶液比较头孢西丁琼脂试验与三维试验敏感性,氯唑西林抑制试验鉴别AmpC酶;同时检测了42株临床分离的耐头孢西丁肠杆菌科菌产AmpC酶情况。结果头孢西丁琼脂试验比三维试验检测AmpC粗酶液灵敏度高4倍。42株临床分离菌2种方法各检出29株和23株产AmpC酶,其中均有相同的7株单纯高产AmpC酶。结论头孢西丁琼脂试验检测高产AmpC酶结果灵敏,方法简便。
