摘要
以两个甘蔗品种ROC25和ROC23的基因组DNA为模板,利用AFLP技术从110对引物中筛选出5对带型分布均匀、多态性丰富且分辨能力强的选择性引物。5对引物分别是E2/M4,E4/M5,E5/M6,E11/M7和E2/M6,它们将为以后AFLP技术应用于甘蔗遗传研究提供参考。
The genomic DNAs of the ROC25 and ROC23 were analyzed with the technology of Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP). Five pairs of AFLP primers were selected from the 110 pairs primer which had rich polymorphism for the genomic DNA of sugarcane. They are the E2/M4, E4/M5, E5/M6, E11/M7 and E2/M6, which provide a reference for sugarcane genetic research with AFLP.
