介绍了生物类黄酮的结构与生物活性的关系、生物类黄酮的提取、精制、鉴定方法及应用,旨在为生物类黄酮的研究提供参考。
In order to make full use of the resource of bioflavonoids, the relationship between the structure and bioactivity of bioflavonoids and the methods of the extraction, purification and application were introduced in this paper.
