摘要
研究生长素、扦插基质、季节和插条类型对香蜂花扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明,香蜂花为自身生根能力很强的植物,冬春两季都可用香蜂花的梢段和茎段扦插育苗,但春季扦插生根质量明显好于冬季。蛭石、珍珠岩及其混合的基质均利于香蜂花插条生根成苗,其中以蛭石基质更有利于香蜂花插条不定根的诱导和生长,NAA诱导生根成苗效果好于相同浓度的IBA、NAA+IBA的处理,150 mg/L的NAA是春季扦插香蜂花的最适浓度,规模生产中可直接用清水处理插条2 h进行香蜂花的扦插育苗。
The effect of plant growth regulators, matrices, seasons and cutting segments on cutting propagation of balm(Melissa officinalis) was studied. The results showed that both of the stem segments and the tip segments could be used for cuttings propagation with high rooting rate and many long rootlets were achieved in winter and in spring, though the cuttings in winter was better than the cuttings in spring in rooting. Vermiculite, pearlite and the mixture of vermiculite and pearlite were beneficial to rooting growth of balm cuttings. The best cutting matrix was vermiculite, in which the root was the longest. NAA could prompt rooting of the cuttings and the best concentration was 150mg·L-1 in spring. The cuttings dipped in water could be used for balm cutting propagation in winter and in spring.
