饲喂乳过氧化物酶体系保存的初乳对犊牛生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用14头6—12d的中国荷斯坦母犊牛,分为对照组和试验组,每组7头。对照组犊牛饲喂常规保存的混合初乳,试验组饲喂利用LPS保存的混合初乳,试验期共55d。结果表明,试验组犊牛体重比对照组增加了4.42kg(P〉0.05),平均增重和平均日增重分别提高了13.82%和14.29%,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);体高增加了2cm,平均日增高比对照组提高0.02cm;胸围增加了1.71cm,平均日增长比对照组增加0.04cm,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05);并且犊牛腹泻率降低了60%,腹泻频率降低了85.76%,饲养成本明显降低,经济效益显著。 14 Chinese holstein female calves at 6- 12 d of age were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.7 calves in the controll were fed with common colostrum while 7 calves in the treatment were fed with colostrum preserved by utilizing LPS. The whole experimental period was 55 days. The results indicated that compared with the control,the body weight in the treatment increased by 4.42 kg( P 〉 0.05) ,average gain and average daily gain increased by 13.82 % and 14.29 % respectively( P 〈 0.05 ), the body high added 2 cm and grew 0.02 cm every day, chest girth added 1.71 cm and grew 0.04 cm every day( P 〉 0.05),diarrhoea rote and diarrhoea frequency decreased by 60% and 85.76% respectively. The feeding cost was obviously decreased and the economic efficiency was obviously increased.
