摘要
研究了芹菜叶提取液对脂质过氧化的抑制作用和对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明,芹菜叶提取物具有较强的清除自由基的能力,但抗脂质过氧化能力较弱,提取物中的总黄酮含量与提取物的抗氧化能力无正相关,用80%乙醇溶剂提取的芹菜叶提取物的抗氧化能力较强。
In this paper, inhibiting effect of the extracts of celery leaf on lipid pemxidation was studied, antioxidant activity was determined by using the assay of DPPH radical. The results showed that the extracts of celery leaf had strong effect of scavenging free radicals,but it was weaker on the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. A negative correlation existed between total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity. Extracts by mean of alcohol concentration 80% have shown higher antioxidant activity than the other two extracts.
