摘要
以山楂、红枣和枸杞为原料,研究其浸提液及复合果汁饮料的生产工艺,确定了关键工序的工艺参数,研制出一种营养丰富的天然功能性保健饮料。
In the paper production technology of compound juice that contained haw, red Chinese date and medlar was studied. Technology parameters of process were ascertained and a composition of nutritive health drink was produced.
