x Ultrasound Extraction is the new technology that attracts much attention in the department of separation and extraction in recent years. Compared with SE, MAE, SFE and so on, it demonstrates the enormous superiority in many aspects. In this article the technology principle of ultrasound extraction, the characteristic, the function and the effect which produces with the medium, the present situation of the application research, and forecasted the development direction of this technical were introduced.
