附加牵伸后区压力棒上销的发明机理及其应用前景

The Invention Philosophy and the Application Prospect of the Top Cradle with Weighting Bar in the Rear Draft Area

针对纺纱牵伸区中纤维引导力和控制力波动引起的运动状态的多变即纤维头端变速点分布较分散的特点,提出采取附加控制棒在牵伸后区建立一个新的附加摩擦力界、对后区须条进行合理调控的构想。介绍了附加牵伸后区压力棒上销的设计原理、结构特点及使用前景。指出应用该器材可改善成纱条干水平,并可提高细纱总牵伸倍数,从而增加粗纱定量并提高粗纱机效率。

Regarding the varieties of the movement caused by the fiber induction force and the controlling force in the draft area, namely the decentralization of the velocity changing point on the fiber end. Visualization is established for attaching a weighting bar in the draft area for a new friction force area for proper adjustment of sliver. The design philosophy ,configuration and the application preospect of the weighting bar on the top cradle in the rear draft area. Conclusion is made that application the top cradle with weighting bar is of improvment of the spinning CV value,of increase of the draft multiple of spinning yarn, of increase roving feedin, hence the roving frame efficiency.
