摘要
目的:探讨阿拓莫兰(还原型谷胱甘肽,GSH)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)溶栓后再灌注损伤的影响。方法:57例AMI患者被随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组溶栓、抗凝治疗方式相同,治疗组另加GSH1.2g/d静脉滴注2周。结果:治疗组胸痛缓解时间、ST段回降率、心肌酶峰值时间提前时间、血管再通率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后严重再灌注心律失常、心力衰竭、休克、心梗后心绞痛发生率、左心功能指标(CI、CO、LVEF、E/A、Edc)均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:GSH具有降低AMI溶栓后心肌再灌注损伤的作用,并且能改善近期心脏功能。
Objective:To evaluate the Effect of Reduced Glutathione on repedusion trauma after thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Method:S7 cases of AMI were randomly divided into two groups. Two group with the same thrembolytic and anticoagulant therapy. Therapy group add GSH 1.2 g/d drop-in for two weeks. Results: There were no significant differences between two group in thoracodynia relief time, ST segment descended rate, CPK hump, reperfusion rate (P 〉 0.05). But There were significant differences in severe reperfusion arrhythmin,cardiac failure, cardlogenic shock,post-infarction angina (P 〈 0.05),and the parameter of left heart function also showed significant changes CI,CO,LVEF,E/A, Edc, between the therapy group and control group after therapy(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Treatment with reduced glutathione (GSH) has beneficial effect on reperfusion trauma after thrombolysis in AMI, and improve cardiac function in hospital.
