Treatment of Fracture of Corpus Tibiae with Mini-incision and Functional Reposition in Internal Fixation by Locking Intramedullary Nail

目的:分析小切口复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析1999～2003年采用小切口复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折38例的临床资料。结果:38例患者随访12～18个月,骨折全部愈合,无延迟愈合、骨不连,带锁髓内钉无松动和断裂出现。结论:应用带锁髓内钉结合小切口复位方法治疗胫骨干骨折,具有避免X射线接触、操作简便、创伤小等优点,临床疗效满意,值得在基层临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect in treatment of fracture of corpus tibiae with miniincision and functional reposition in internal fixation by locking intramedullary nail. Methods： The clinical data of 38 patients with fracture of corpus tibiae were treated with mini-incision and functional reposition in internal fixation by locking intramedullary nail in our department from 1999 to 2003. Results： All patients were followed up for a period of 12-18 months. Satisfactory effect was obtained. No one case occurred delayed union, nonunion, nail loosing and broken. Conclusions： The application of mini-incision and functional reposition in internal fixation by locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of fracture of corpus tibiae has advantages of avoiding x-ray exposed circumstance, convenient operation and less trauma, etc. A satisfactory clinical outcome was obtained in this treatment. It was valuable to spread and applicable in clinical practice of base course.
