随着经济的快速发展,环境突发生事故逐渐增多,为了进一步做好环境应急监测工作,保障呼市人民的健康,提出增强环境应急监测能力建设的必要性。
With the rapid economic development, the environmental emergency accidents occur frequently. In order to further develop the environmental emergency monitoring work and secure the health of public in Hohhot, the necessity of strengthening the environmental emergency monitoring capacity building is put forward.
