摘要
结合本溪钢铁集团公司连铸板坯质量存在的问题,应用大样电解、金相分析、扫描电镜能谱分析等检测手段,对选定典型钢种(Q235)铸坯中夹杂物的质量分数、形态及组成,铸坯中气体等进行了分析和综合评价,并提出了改善铸坯质量的具体措施,为进一步提高本钢连铸坯质量提供了理论指导依据。
According to the quality problems of continuous casting slab existed in Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co. , the content, shape and chemical component of non-metal inclusions and the gas content in the slab of Q235 Grade were analyzed and measured by large sample electrolysis, metallograpbic analysis and SEM spectrum et al. Based on those results, an integrated evaluation for slab quality is carried out, and some improvement measures for slab quality are put forward accordingly, which will provide a theoretical gist for improving the slab quality in Benxi Steel.
