摘要
从加料次数和铁水热装两方面论述了入炉钢铁料对莱钢50t电弧炉高效化生产的影响,得出在莱钢目前工艺装备条件下优化炉料配比,加2次料比加3次料的供电时间缩短4min,冶炼周期缩短5.3min,吨钢冶炼电耗降低45.17kW.h,氧气消耗每吨钢降低4.79m^3。铁液热装比在42%左右时氧气消耗最低,50t电弧炉铁液热装比例为35%~48%时可获得高效低耗的冶金效果。
The influence of charging times and melted iron hot charge on highly effective production of 50 t EAF in Laigang was analyzed. The result shows that through optimizing the furnace charge allocated proportion under the present technology and equipment in Laigang, 2 times of charging instead of 3 times can reduce 4.0 min of power supply time , 5.3 min of melting cycle, 45.17 kW · h/ton steel of electricity consumption and 4.79 m^3/ton steel of oxygen consumption. When the proportion of melted iron hot charge is about 42%, the oxygen consumption is the lowest. The high efficiency and low consumption can be obtained in 50 t EAF at 35%-48% of hot charge.
