摘要 介绍了济钢第一炼铁厂自1980年以来热风炉的技术进步情况。尤其是在1995年后,该厂围绕提高风温水平对热风炉结构进行了改进,采用了无机换热、膜法富氧、前置热风炉等先进实用的新技术,有力地促进了风温水平和炼铁综合技术指标的提高;同时,提出了今后改进热风炉及提高风温的建议。 The technology development practice on hot stove of No. 1 Iron Making Plant since 1980 is introduced, especially from 1995. The stove structure for raising stove temperature has been improved. Through some advanced and actual technologies, for example, inorganic heat exchange technology , oxygen enriched by film filter, front set hot stove, etc. , the stove temperature is increased and the comprehensive indexes of iron making is improved. Some proposals for improving the hot stove and increasing stove temperature in future are presented.
