摘要
根据确定的防护报警器设计原则,研制TTHB-1型铁路区间施工防护报警器。报警器采用钢轨对地传输方式传输来车信号,传输频率采用20-40kHz,信号馈入钢轨时用1200V,2μF的电容器隔离。接收信号经过带通滤波器进入接收系统,接收系统选用滤波放大,接收机内设计为窄带接收,可以提高信噪比3以上,接收灵敏度可达约10μV。对单线区间,在接收装置上设置1个3~5min延时开关;对双线区间,分线安装防护设备,确保判明来车方向。在功能完善的基础上尽可能减小其体积和重量,使其小型化。报警器可以对区间线路施工现场上、下行方向1.5km以外所有来车及时进行语音报警,保证施工安全。在现场进行多次多地段的报警试验,报警器均能正常报警。该项目于2005年通过路局级科技成果技术评审。
TTHB-1 type warning device for the protection of railway section construction was developed according to certain design principles for protection warning devices. The warning device adopts railground transmission mode to transmit the signals of the coming train. The transmission frequency is 20- 40 kHz. When signals feed in rails, 1 200 V, 2μF capacitor is used for isolation. Receiving signals enter the receiving system via band-pass filter. The receiving system adopts filter waves to amplify the signals. Narrowband receiving is designed for the inside of receiver. It can improve the signal-to-noise to over 3 and the receiving sensitivity can reach 10μV. For single track section, a 3-5 min time delay switch is fixed on the receiver. For double track section, protection devices are installed separately in order to distinguish the direction of the coming trains. The volume and the weight of the device should be reduced as possible to make it miniaturization under the condition that it has perfect functions. The warning device can give in time voice warning to all the trains coming from both up and down directions beyond 1.5 km from the construction site so that construction safety can be guaranteed. Time after time multi-sectional warning tests have been carried out on construction sites. The warning device can normally give warning without exception. This project passed the appraisal for scientific and technological achievements at railway administration level in 2005.
