摘要
企业的一个鲜明特点是其内部的权力关系。如何理解或认识这种权力关系,经济学界形成了不同理论流派的企业权力观点,并导致由此派生的相关问题出现重大分歧。对不同理论流派的企业权力观点进行批判性回顾,并不在于否认理论本身,而在于首先有“问题意识”,从而针对已有理论缺陷进行必要的理论拓展,并提出建立企业的权力分析范式的思路。
An outstanding feature of the firm is its internal relations of power. With reference to the understanding or comprehension of the relations, different schools have been formed in economics circles and given rise to marked differences of opinion on related issues. A critical retrospection of the outlooks on the power of the firm of various schools does not aim at repudiating the theories, but at developing ＂problem awareness＂ in the first place, so as to make necessary extensions to the drawbacks of the existing theories and advance guidelines on establishing a paradigm for power analysis.
