The Trilateral Game in Property Rights Reform of State-owned Enterprises

随着我国国有企业产权改革进程的推进,越来越多的国有企业为了生存选择了民营化。在国有企业民营化的过程中,其所涉及的利益群体均有各自不同的利益取向及利益选择。国有企业产权改革中最关键的一环即产权转让,其涉及到包括政府、购买者及寻租者三方的不同利益。因此在国有企业产权改革中,处理各利益群体的利益冲突,平衡各利益群体的利益是我们迫切需要解决的问题。

With the advancement of property rights reform of state - owned enterprises （ SOEs ） in China, more and more SOEs have chose privatization. In the privatization process, the interest groups involved have different interest orientation and interest selection. Property rights assignment, the most important link in the chain in property rights reform of SOEs, involves the different interests of three parties, namely government, buyers and rent seekers. Therefore, handling interest conflict of various interest groups and balancing their interests is an issue that needs prompt solution in property rights reform.
