摘要
针对南水北调工程沿线点多、线长、面广,管理难度大的特点,组建了四个项目法人,通过企业化管理,有效提高了管理效率,在此基础上进一步展开研究水利工程企业化管理的原理、务实及其管理体制。
There are so many points,long lines and wide surfaces with regard to South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and thus it is difficult to manage.At present,4 project corporations have been established.The management efficiency can be effectively raised through enterprise-style management.
