新生儿脑卒中与产前因素 被引量：9

摘要 新生儿脑卒中是引起新生儿惊厥的第2位疾病,可导致不同程度神经系统后遗症,如脑瘫、认知及运动功能障碍等。因此,对新生儿脑卒中发病因素的认识尤为重要,目前研究认为其发生与新生儿产前、出生过程中及产后因素有关。现对新生儿脑卒中发病产前因素加以综述。
