缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的多脏器功能损害研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是新生儿科常见病之一,由于导致新生儿脑损伤的围生期缺氧极有可能导致新生儿多脏器功能损害(MOD)。因此,HIE在疾病发展过程中,临床表现复杂多变。近年来,随着诊疗技术的提高,对HIE并MOD的研究逐渐深入。本文就其发病机制、脏器受累后病理生理变化及MOD与远期结果的相关性作简要综述,其诊断金标准尚需进一步统一。
